I Set up an oil change appointment/inspection in March to be done in June. They remembered and I forgot the details. They sent a reminder and it saved the day. I have referred friends here and will continue to do so!

They went out of their way to get me an appointment when I needed one. Quick oil change while I waited, and the truck runs as much better for some reason.

These guys are great. I called them up let him know that I had issues with my car. My work schedule changed so I wasn't able to take my car to my scheduled appointment. My daughter did they did an estimate and we communicated and I said go ahead and fix it and they fixed everything that I needed to get fixed. They said oh we'll do a diagnostics and then you can decide. I said I've already decided from the reviews I read. You guys are awesome and they are!!!!

I booked an appointment online and didn’t do any research on other companies - just needed brakes repaired while on vacation. The team was very helpful and learned that I needed more work done. I did not feel gouged and they suggested what was needed to get my car running properly.
Would highly recommend if you need a brake job or other services.

100 dollars to check and replace a single bulb in my brake lights seems ridiculous. Customer service was really excellent but the bulb change took 2-3 hrs. Imagine this as a 1 stars but customer service just really made me feel inclined to put it higher because I think they did great with that.

I’ve been to several shops in the area, this one by far is the best in my opinion. They took really good care my vehicle. I pray I never need them again, but if I did I would definitely return to them. Matt was amazing quickly responded to my messages and was so very patient with me. These guys are awesome

Premier Automotive Services has an excellent team of capable people from the front desk to the mechanics. I was informed of every aspect of my car transmission repair up the small details. I was given options for the repair with the corresponding price. I'm happy with their work and now my car is running like new just like when I bought in 2014. Special mention to Mark who helped me put back my Cadillac ATS back on the road.
